Reporting a Bug or Issue
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:
- A description of what happened and what you expected
- Steps to reproduce the problem (if applicable)
- Your project name or URL
- Screenshots or screen recordings (if helpful)
- Browser and operating system you're using
Reporting Abuse or Content Violations
If you encounter a published app that contains harmful, illegal, or policy-violating content, please email abuse@instroc.com with:
- The URL of the app or page in question
- A description of the content or behavior you're reporting
- Screenshots or evidence (if available)
- The category of violation (e.g. phishing, malware, hate speech, copyright infringement, illegal content)
We review all reports and take action in accordance with our Terms of Service. Confirmed violations may result in the app being taken down and the account being suspended.
